Training covers all aspects of Taekwon-Do. The syllabus covers fitness and flexibility, pad work, patterns and sparring. 4-week beginners courses run in parallel with regular classes and can be joined at any time. These are not compulsory, but are recommended to provide an introduction to the full range of Taekwon-Do. This 45 minute class introduces young children (aged 3-7yrs) to the basic elements of Taekwon-Do in a fun and active environment. Our aim is to help children develop motor skills such as balance and coordination, improve listening skills and develop courtesy and discipline. More info here. |

Parking is plentiful and free, just drive into the Hall car park (much more parking is available on Saturdays than on Tuesdays but the near streets have spaces if the Hall car park is full).
